Everything here is magnificent! The location, the decor, the cuisine of talented chef Julien - winner of the Le Taittinger international culinary award, the Prosper Montagné international culinary award and a Gault & Millau young talent - and the attentive welcome of his wife Sara. Julien works with fresh, local produce, combining flavors, textures and tastes with exceptional mastery. You'll find, for example, a Crau pig with sweet-spiced eggplant and tarragon jus... Unforgettable. The desserts are delicious!
