Florence and Jean-Paul welcome you to their little Camargue farmhouse, about ten kilometers from Arles. It's a bit like being at home. At their table, you'll enjoy generous, home-grown cuisine using local produce. Eel terrine, telline with aïoli, crab soup, bass and bull cooked in front of you over the embers of the open fire, accompanied by vegetables from "la mémé d'à côté" and Camargue rice...
