Superb address with a terrace, with a pleasantly fast and friendly service in Arles

Monstre is a superb address, a little hidden, its terrace in a narrow and pretty Arlesian street. At the Petit Futé, we fell for a perfect egg (which was!) with asparagus, and a monkfish filet with Thai curry and red Camargue rice. A success on all the line! The cuisine is truly fine, and the small menu guarantees freshness. Don't hesitate to whet your appetite with some of the excellent tapas that you can add to your menu. The service is also pleasantly fast, while remaining friendly and attentive.

Un restaurant qui n’en est pas un ! Salle d’une propreté douteuse, les plats sont pré cuisines, servis a peine réchauffés, le rapport qualité prix est indécent ! A éviter absolument

Super découverte à arles dans une rue au calme

Good food but quite expensive

Overpriced, we spent 82 euros for two entrees, two main courses and two glasses of rosé. Good entrées (even though they were pre-made and just microwaved before being served) but one of the "main" courses was literally just half a (medium sized) aubergine with some tomato and cheese. It's not a proper terrace either, you're literally eating in the middle of the alley and enjoying the company of mosquitos. You can find better in town.

Les aubergines vendues comme un plat sont en fait une entrée. Il en est de même pour le thon.

De surcroît les aubergines avait une peau si dure qu’elle était inmangeable.
