A fine establishment cooking up an array of flavours to delight the taste buds, with Corsican, Italian and Mediterranean products

Le Cochon qui fume is a beautiful establishment ideally located in the center of Arles. The decor is magnificent, and the welcome extremely friendly and professional. As for the cuisine, it's a palmares of flavors, an enchantment for the taste buds! Corsican, Italian and Mediterranean products. The garlic-grilled focaccia as a starter was divine, the famous Pièce de cochon confit au miel du maquis puis fumée was exceptional, and the babamisù for dessert (whaou Flo's desserts) just divine! This is one of those establishments where you can choose your next menu in advance!

Nous n'avions pas prévu de nous arréter ce midi mais quelle bonne idée nous avons eu ! Très bien reçu, cuisine originale et de très bonne qualité de l'entrée au dessert, patron et cuisiniers super agréable et un très bon vin. La déco est top et bonne ambiance. Super nouvelle adresse Arlésienne !!

De très bons produits, de très bon chefs et un service irréprochable, c’est la recette parfaite, non ? Tout était excellent et je regrette de ne pas avoir pu tout goûter, je reviendrais!! Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
