At the Pataterie, the potato is king. The main product of this chain is the baked "pom's", which can be seasoned in the Savoyard style (ham and raclette cheese), Provencal (tomato sauce), Catalan (pepper sauce), Breton (scallops and mussels), Perigord (gizzards and duck breast), Norwegian (salmon), etc. As for the "patata burgers", they replace the bread with... röstis! An unpretentious cuisine served on a wooden board in a setting that is just as unpretentious (made of wood).

Nous apprécions toujours cet endroit très accueillant, nous regrettons cependant l'ancienne présentation des pommes de terre. En effet, on trouvait que les pommes de terre coupées dans leur longueur et "remplies" avec les garnitures étaient plus appréciables. La sauce intérieure rendait la pomme de terre plus délicate au palais. Dans sa nouvelle présentation , elle est moins appréciable. Heureusement, la sauce et la salade aident à la finir.
Nous conseillons fortement cet établissement où le patron a toujours un mot sympa ,et les employés toujours souriants, chacun y trouvera son bonheur.
