It is the latest of the michelin-starred chef Jean-Luc Rabanel. After his Atelier and A côté, here is Iode. A restaurant (located just next to the other two) dedicated to shellfish and crustaceans. A note to those interested! Because here, we highlight the extreme freshness of the products. Also on the menu: Mediterranean wild fish, wolves, royal bream and other dentis minute plancha grilled and sushi. The Rabanel touch as well of course.
