Various dishes to enjoy in a superb boat-restaurant in Arles.
The Maria Serena has dropped off the aisles recently in the canal of Arles in Bouc. This restaurant, which is very well decorated and decorated in natural tones (wooden parquet, grey walls enhanced with orange touches), offers a rather unusual setting for weekend lunches and dinners (week, only upon reservation). On the kitchen side, a land menu and a sea menu are offered with, for example, a yellow fatty liver with chestnut liquor on toast to the chanterelles, a supreme of guinea fowl conflict with soy sauce, a saison saison with mature eggs and egg or a creamy risotto of the sea… Immediate boarding!
