ICE TO ICE – GELATERIA CAFE
Small restaurant offering a rather Spanish cuisine and delicious ice creams in Arles.
Ice to ice, it is not only an ice-cream maker. Even though, it's true, it is difficult to not be impressed in front of the chiller cabinet in which are lining the colourful containers that correspond to many enticing flavours (yoghurt, rum-grape, straciatella, nutella, raspberry...) ice-cream as they are done (creamy) and served in Italy, with a spoonbill and in a pot (there are also horns). If you want to have a meal, it is rather in Spain that the hotel went for its inspiration, with a range of nine different paellas and its "cruji coques", a kind of square pizza of Catalan origin, available in ten versions, that is cut with a kind of small axe. Bruschettas, pasta and tapas make up the rest of the menu in a small restaurant, very well-located that is addressed to those who do not want to stay at table.
