Italian, Provencal and Mediterranean influenced cuisine in a boutique restaurant in Arles.
It's a restaurant with an amazing concept, where art and good cooking are honoured. If you revised your classics, you will realise that this shop restaurant is a tribute to Zadig de Voltaire (Cador is the best friend of Zadig and Orcan, like the menu, its rival). No wonder rue... Voltaire! However, there is no food for the spirit here, but a true cuisine turned towards Italy, Provence, and the Mediterranean: crumble of goat cheese with ratatouille, aubergine papeton, lamb shank with Provencal scents, cassolette of mussels with cream parsley... Without forgetting the "pasta" (cabécou, snails, ratatouille and lasagna) and the burgers (including the "manadier" with bull meat). But the desserts are a little too simple (crème brulée, chocolate delight, white cheese...).
