This is chef Céline Pham's first permanent restaurant, located in the heart of Arles on the typical Place Voltaire. Nestled in a chapel dating from 1224, this gourmet restaurant offers divine market cuisine. We enjoyed an unforgettable wing of skate, wild asparagus, potatoes, lime and seaweed tartar. Our neighbor's beef onglet was just as tasty, as was the homemade bread. We finished with a manioc and dark chocolate cake, and we were right. A shock of flavors!

Super expérience ! Nous étions 3 et nous avons goûté tous les plats de la carte : un régal aussi bien pour les yeux que pour les papilles...des saveurs étonnantes, une finesse dans les plats avec des ingrédients de qualité (mention spéciale pour le dessert au chocolat). Le personnel était aux petits soins, attentif et professionnel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!

Restaurant de grande qualité, qui fait attention à la qualité de ses produits, qui s'adapte aux végétariens comme aux petites mamies qui ne peuvent plus très bien mâcher ! Je recommande à 100% !! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous repassons par Arles. Bonne continuation !!
