J'ai reçu un bon cadeau uniquement pour le spa , accueille distant mais correct , le spa pas très bien entretenu avec les jets qui sont rouillé , effectivement très belle vu du jacuzzi mais de la fenêtre les gens dans la rue nous voient celle ci n'est pas tinté et il faut sortir du jacuzzi pour aller activer les bulles et les jets qui dure uniquement 15 min .
Par contre nous avons goûter sur place ( compris dans le bon ) les glaces et les thé sont excellent , mais lors de réservations nous avions informé qu'il y avait une intolérances au laitages , ils nous avait dit qu'il ferait quelque chose pour mais finalement rien n'a été fait .

Très joli hôtel qui allie ancien et moderne. Vue sur les arènes et le théâtre antique.
Accueil un peu trop distant à mon goût, mais agréable quand même.
Le Spa sur réservation est magnifique et donne sur les arènes !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The location is and amenities excellent — and while it’s nestled between the coliseum and the amphitheater, the garden restaurant and spa (with the bizz of the coliseum!) offers a calm refuge from the hustle and bustle. Don’t miss the sunset drinks on the rooftop! Note that the stairs are a little narrow and steep, so it’s a good idea to book a ground floor room if accessibility is an issue or you have heavy luggages.
The staff are so lovely and kind, and helped us massively with booking and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
