il m a littéralement envoyer bouler en disant qu il avait pas le temps de s occuper de moi connaissant pas l hôtel il a fallu que je patiente a la piscine de retour vers lui pour avoir ma chambre aucune excuse rien ; j en ai fais des hôtels dans ma vie mais j ai jamais connue une attitude pareil ; surtout quand on viens d arriver dans un établissement 3 étoiles on se doit d être agréable. Le personnel a mes yeux et plus éfficace et plus professionnel .
