Having worked in prestigious establishments such as Rabannel and La Chassagnette, and after a trip to India, our chef Arnaud Jourdan offers inspired cuisine, mastering the art of spices. Everything is concocted with seasonal produce, such as homemade lamb terrine or beef chuck pot au feu, lamb brains or grilled mackerel... The chocolate mousse with olives and rice pudding are a delight. The dishes are accompanied by an excellent wine list for a cuisine that "feels good".
