Vegetarian pancakes with seasonal vegetable ratatouille concocted in an Arles institution with terrace.
This situated institution appears there, near the train station, in the Lamartine Square, for ages. If from outside, La Chives has an old brewery, inside, the decor is completely modern and its beautiful terrace does not always at midday. The specialty is the pancakes, including the vegetarian with its saison vegetable ratatouille and western with minced meat, onions, emmental and egg, and "with haddock.
