Delicious pop up Mexican cuisine !
Everything was extremely delicious from Maximo restaurant team from Mexico City.
Portions could be bigger but was delicious

Nous avons adoré le lieu et la décoration des parties communes et de la chambre, c'est un voyage dans le temps. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Les points négatifs: 1) le bruit: pas de double vitrage dans la chambre mais il y en a dans la salle d'eau, on entend beaucoup le bruit dehors et c'est dommage 2) Rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner excessif je trouve 3) Restauration: sur le papier, le concept d'une cuisine éphémère est attrayante, dans les plats et la pratique, j'ai trouvé cela moyen et cher pour ce que c'est.
