Propreté limite.
Une télé qui ne fonctionne pas.
Une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas : courant d'air froid et sifflement du vent toute la nuit, impossible de fermer l'oeil.
Réceptionniste qui refuse un changement de chambre et qui se prétend agressé dès qu'on perturbe sa petite tranquillité.
Directrice hautaine et de mauvaise foi.
Pour elle, un problème de télé ça n'a aucune importance et ce n'est pas sa faute s'il y a du vent ?!?!?!
Elle a consenti à me rembourser ma nuitée avec une arrogance et un mépris inimaginables.
