Once again, we were reluctant to push the door of this brand new concession because chats cats… Armed with our courage, we try to get closer to a detached room. From the entrance, the pretty blonde at the reception changes the door (all those who have teenagers will recognize it…): smiling and efficient, it immediately brings us to the right person.
And here we fall on Laetitia: the must for a client who was once disappointed: fast, efficient, pro, smiling, and helpful. It is she who dépannera us! Hoping that other vendors take example.
