PONT VAN GOGH
Pont Van Gogh, a copy of Pont de Langlois in Arles.
The famous Pont de Langlois, immortalized by Van Gogh, located to the south of the town on the way to Port Saint Louis, is not the one depicted by the painter. Nor is it in its original location. The original was destroyed during the Second World War, and this copy was placed further south, on the same canal, in an identical situation. That's why it's now called the "Van Gogh Bridge" rather than the "Langlois Bridge". Nevertheless, it's well worth a visit to immerse yourself in one of the artist's paintings.
