Discover the history of Provencal santons at the Conservatoire d'Arles.
Located opposite the Arles bullring, the Conservatoire du santon provençal is an associative museum opened in 2017 on the initiative of santon maker Henri Vézolle. Over an area of 160 m², you can discover nearly 2,000 figurines in about fifty display cases that trace the entire history of the Provencal santon. The santons presented in the permanent exhibition were created by famous or lesser known santon makers. Guided tours are open to groups.
