Christelle has taken over the old family butcher's shop where you will find excellent meat, fine delicatessen and delicious cooked dishes. The beef from Limousin, the veal from Gascony or the lamb from Sisteron are guaranteed to be of controlled origin. More local, the bull is offered in sausage, in filet or to cook the famous daube. Try the delicious home-made caillettes and, during the holidays, the venison, roe deer and wild boar terrines. Not to mention the exceptional pot-au-feu and chicken breast terrine.
