Everybody in the Benoit family is concerned about rice, since 4 generations. Everything began at the beginning of the XXth century with Paul. Today, the field extends over several hundred hectares in Camargue. The various varieties of cultivated rice, which hold the label IGP (protected geographical indication), testify of all the wealth and authenticity of these products which mature in this wild region. There is the white long rice (bio or not), the whole rice but also the black rice, the red rice, the perfumed rice or even the round rice... So many kinds that can be used in salty or sweet recipes. To be discovered in grocer's shops and local supermarkets.
