MAS DAUSSAN
Stéphane Charmasson represents the fourth generation on this estate that he converted to organic farming in 2009. An apple producer, he now grows about thirty varieties and has planted other species in order to meet consumer demand for diversified products in short circuits. Persimmons, pomegranates, kiwis, goji berries, pears, peaches, figs..., organic fruits that he transforms on the spot into purees, stewed fruits, jams, jellies, fruits in syrup, cider, nectar and fruit juices and sparkling juices, cider vinegar, pomegranate vinegar, dried fruits, pear brandy.. In short, enough to satisfy our needs or gourmet temptations whatever the season throughout the year!
