In 2015, Guillaume Ferroni launched his Bariana range with a real project based around Marseille rum. As in the 19th century, when rum was the dominant spirit in Marseille, Bariana breeds, blends and markets Ferroni rum through wine merchants. The range also includes a rye whisky, a gin, liqueurs and the famous pastis des Creissauds, made with fresh plants from the estate. It also brings back to life spirits that have long since disappeared. In this "series of lights", you'll find ratafia de Marseille, elixir du Suédois and soon other liqueurs distilled in the 18th-century still. Free visit and tasting.
