Restaurant serving Provencal cuisine made with fresh local produce, a landmark in Aureille.

Bar Soler is an emblematic venue in Aureille. It was founded by former raseteur André Soler, who in his day was a driving force in Camargue racing as a member of the legendary Carré d'as raseteurs. This is the place to go for Provençal cuisine based on fresh local produce, including entrecote, cheeseburger and Soler salad. In summer, it's the place to go for the Club Taurin festival, with pistou soup on the last Friday in July and the famous "aioli party " in August.
