Mathias Dandine has 2 very fine Michelin-starred establishments, La Magdeleine in Gémenos and this one in what was once the inn in the old village of Cabriès. Since 2023, the renovated bastide has been home to the 5-star restaurant and hotel. The table sublimates the products of the South, both in the attractive lunchtime formula in the shade of the plane trees or at the convivial Comptoir, and in the evening for a gastronomic experience in 4, 5 or 6 acts in a hushed setting. Sunday brunch offers a succession of sweet and savory dishes.
