CENTRE DE DEFENSE DES ANIMAUX DE MARSEILLE ET DE PROVENCE
The CDA, a centre for the defence of the animals of Marseille and Provence, founded in 1974, welcomes in its refuge Cabriès abandoned animals and acts as pound for some sixty communes of the Bouches-du-Rhône. More than 150 animals are awaiting adoption. Animations are regularly organised to publicize the association and raise funds to fund its refuge. Smart: the website lists the animals to be adopted, those lost, found, in pound or rescue, that is, removed from their owners for ill treatment. The shelter has a equipped vehicle and can intervene on call at any time to help an animal.
