SALTWATER INLET
Calanque des Eaux Salées accessible for good swimmers, with a paddling pool ideal for children under the viaduct.
This is the first cove in the middle of nowhere in the direction of Ensuès. It is less frequented than the others. Straddled by the century-old viaduct of the same name, the cove surrounded by Aleppo pines shelters a beach of large polished pebbles with translucent water. The salt water resurgence under the viaduct is an ideal paddling pool for children. In the middle of the cove is the islet of Grande Mona, accessible to good swimmers who want to bask in a sort of natural bathtub. An ideal place for diving, kayaking or stand up paddle.
