Baked supions with white wine and olive oil served on the terrace in Cassis.

Located in the middle of the port of Cassis, the Great Blue is a safe value, testifying to the many regulars and Cassidens who regularly attablent there. On that day, Petit Smart settled on the terrace of this small hotel with a beautiful sunny day. On the plate, a dish of supions hardly farinés and persillés, excellent! In slate also, soup of fish, excellent stuffed squid, a selection of wild fish (wolf, chapon…) cooked simply in the oven with white wine and olive oil, divine! In glass, a white from Cassis necessarily! Le Grand Bleu is an address recommended by Le Petit Smart!

My partner and I went to Le Grand Bleu in mid October without a reservation and were blown away by the food and service. I really wanted to sit outside but there was only a table just inside the entrance when we arrived. As soon as a table outside was available we were moved. The boss was super attentive and we ordered the fish of the day at his recommendation which was served with pasta. Everything was delicious and the friendly service and vibes and beautiful views made for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend :)
