Gastronomic restaurant, offering a beautiful view, in the Corton cove.

The three-star gourmet restaurant is emblematic of Anse du Corton, overlooking the beach and sea and offering a sublime view at the foot of Cap Canaille. In the Villa Madie kitchen, Dimitri Droisneau, awarded a3rd star in 2022, offers refined dishes: blue lobster, royal pigeon, Norman scallops, sweetbreads from mother's milk-fed veal, langoustines, turbot... A table that combines gastronomy and setting. For lunch, from Thursday to Sunday, opt for the Brasserie du Corton, with a menu inspired by the chef.
