Chez Gilbert is a restaurant with a breathtaking panoramic view of the port of Cassis, from the sunny terrace or the upstairs dining room. The dishes are concocted according to the rules of Provencal art. Starting with bouillabaisse, in the purest tradition as a member of the Marseilles charter. You can also work up an appetite with fish soup or langoustines. The 50 euro menu offers good value for money. The wine list is just as noble and expensive, drawing from the finest vintages of the region's estates.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre chaleureux. Bouillabaisse extraordinaire cuisinée à la mode de la charte traditionnelle. On ne regrette pas notre détour par Cassis pour cette expérience culinaire !
