At least, that's what we think! The Cordou family is also renowned for its famous oil pumps, which come in a variety of flavors at Christmas time. They were first marketed in 1921. At the beginning of February, for the Fête de la Saint-Blaise, the Torque, a delicious aniseed brioche, takes center stage.

La galette ceyrestenne
Toujours excellente ! Par contre, je n'ai jamais vu qu'un seul parfum, elles ont toujours le même goût ( délicieux). On en mange depuis des décennies et il y en a une aujourd'hui sur notre table...
