The arrival of a new chef is always an adventure in a restaurant. At the Mas de l'Echanson, Karim Abou El Ella is now in charge of the menu of this establishment opened in 2011 by Stéphanie Roch, master chef and disciple of Escoffier. It is a high-end cuisine at a more than reasonable price. This is a winning bet for the whole team who only prepares fresh, local products and whose recipes are aimed at the finest palates.
