An establishment that offers top-of-the-line cuisine based on fresh products at a more than reasonable price.

The arrival of a new chef is always an adventure in a restaurant. At the Mas de l'Echanson, Karim Abou El Ella is now in charge of the menu of this establishment opened in 2011 by Stéphanie Roch, master chef and disciple of Escoffier. It is a high-end cuisine at a more than reasonable price. This is a winning bet for the whole team who only prepares fresh, local products and whose recipes are aimed at the finest palates. The menu changes very regularly, to adapt to the season. To be tested urgently!

Menu du midi avec le saumon ou faux filet, même accompagnement pour les deux plat. Manque un peu de finesse. Très déçu par les choux à la crème qui n'étaient pas très frais.
