A small hotel in the heart of Châteaurenard. The rooms have been recently renovated in a traditional garden and they have the merit of displaying truly interesting rates. The Central is also a brasserie where the chef, master-restaurant, has tasty dishes based on fresh and regional products. You will not come here to enjoy a convoluted kitchen but to eat family recipes. That day: overstating de, calf kidney and apple pie.
