To offer the best of Italy in Provence: this is the credo of this company which offers cheeses, cold cuts and all the succulent products made beyond the Alps.
In his lab, the chef prepares antipasti (appetizers), fresh pasta, ravioli and cannelloni, tiramisu and panna cotta, but also a Sicilian specialty that is less well known in our part of the world: arancini, breaded rice dumplings that the chef stuffs with typical flavors of the Botte cuisine.
