Le ménage n est pas minutieux.
Les chambres manquent de rafraîchissement
En effet votre enfant avait 17 ans , il est donc difficile à cet Age de voir la différence avec un adulte. Navré pour cet erreur. Le remboursement des 2.16€ a bien été effectué si cela peut vous rassurer. En espérant que cet incident n'est pas gâché votre séjour dans notre établissement .
