Confiserie d'Entrecasteaux is one of the oldest calissons factories in Aix. Founded in 1889 and acquired in 2013 by Irène and Serge Evans, the factory has moved from rue d'Entrecasteaux in Aix to Les Halles 1889 in Éguilles, in a setting dedicated to gastronomy. The workshop is visible from the store, which is a veritable gourmet showcase for the calissons. The range extends to other Provencal specialties, including navettes, dry cookies and Frédéric Lang's sublime pastries. To take away or enjoy on site in the tearoom.
