Created in 1880 by Épiphanie, the great-great-grandmother of Sylvie Parent (who now runs the company), the company has been serving the sweet tooth for 4 generations. Calissons are the company's flagship product. A classic, it comes in several flavors and is coated in chocolate at Christmas and Easter. Nougats, another specialty, bear pretty names: Monsieur Nougat Caramel, Madame Victorine, Mademoiselle Vanille, Monsieur Dur... Fruidoraix, Also traditional orange blossom navettes, and navettes with olives, Espelette pepper or caramel nuggets. Ancestral recipes are respected, so don't hesitate to come and taste for yourself!
