La Mamette is what Victor called his grandmother, whose orange wine specialty he wanted to pass on. La Mamette is an aperitif based on natural wine, good organic citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, pomelos, but also yuzu, Buddha bread, lemon nectar...), a few spices (cinnamon, cloves) and a little alcohol.
Production, recently launched in 2022, is organic, using rosé or white wines from organic winegrowers in Provence, to which are added whole citrus fruits produced locally, and spices, of course. An original base for new cocktails, Provençal gin or liqueurs, to be enjoyed iced in moderation, of course!
