CALANQUE LA MADRAGUE DE GIGNAC

Calanque La Madrague de Gignac with a view on the surroundings, with a superb natural setting and undeniable beauty.
Like many of the neighbouring creeks on the Côte Bleue, the calanque de la Madrague de Gignac is a small port that is not quite wild as many private properties dominate the site. Nevertheless, the superb natural setting is appreciable and the beauty of the site is undeniable. It can be reached on foot or by vehicle (beware, in high season, motorized access is regulated and reserved for local residents) and, at the end of a cul-de-sac road, the small cove unfolds its crystal-clear waters. To the right of the port, a small path made up in part of stairs will allow you to climb the large rock overlooking the site, offering you after a moderate effort a superb view of the surroundings and the nearby creeks of the Redonne.
