It's a village institution. The chicken supreme à l'étuvée was sublime, and the Grand Cru dark chocolate tart irresistible. From spring onwards, you can enjoy the terrace even in the afternoon, savoring the seafood, or the ice creams, well sheltered from the hot Provencal sun in the shade of the hackberry trees. Chef Olivier Gouin expresses all his inventiveness in a menu that is constantly renewed, but always highly original. Delicate combinations, Provençal cuisine frequently featured, it's a real treat!
