At this brasserie in the heart of Eygalières, all dishes are cooked on the premises using fresh produce. Lunch salads are hearty, fresh and delicious. The Progrès burger is tasty, and the homemade desserts are delicious. Every day there's a new rotisserie suggestion, such as confit lamb mouse with roast potatoes. When the weather's fine, you can spend a delicious moment on the lovely terrace to the sound of the cicadas. In short, this is a place not to be missed.

11h40 avec un enfant en bas âge en terrasse il fait 34 degrés après 15 min d’attente pour qu’on daigne venir prendre la commande , on nous dit que NON on ne sert rien à boire puisque c’est l’heure de manger ! Je crois qu’un article du code la consommation en parle et que c’est interdit de ne pas servir sauf motif légitime . Pour vous aider je vous donne l’article qui est le L 122-1 du code de la consommation . Quand bien même si nous avions été que deux adultes on se lève et on part et puis tant pis ! Mais quand il y a des enfants en bas âge pour boire sous la chaleur c’est vraiment un manquement sévère au service du client ! Je ne vous félicite pas

Une cuisine intéressante simple et de qualité. Vous gagneriez à éviter de surcharger votre restaurant car cela nuit clairement à la qualité du service. Vous perdez l'âme du Progrès et faites fuir les habitués au profit des touristes. C'est dommage.
