The vineyard extends over 21 hectares, with particularly favorable soil conditions. The wines produced, all certified organic, from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Counoise and Mourvèdre grapes, are elegant and top-of-the-range. Éole Tradition is available in all three colors. The Vermentitude white, made from 100% vermentino grapes and aged in egg-shaped concrete vats, a sparkling rosé and the Confidence (white), Caprice (rosé), Réserve des Gardians (red) and the most prestigious cuvées: Léa and le K (100% carignan).
