Emily is a sparkling young woman who has turned her little store on rue de la République into the temple of cheese. You can find goat's milk cheese, Termignon blue cheese, tomme with blueberry flowers... the choice is quite impressive. In addition, Emily has a gift for presentation: she always adds fresh flowers and dried fruits to embellish the cheeses. She even makes pièces montées! It seems that the English actor Hugh Grant has a habit there, but shhh! In any case, without being icons of the cinema, we really liked it.
