A good address to taste a refined regional cuisine in Fontvieille.
From star to star, Jean Pierre Côte has chosen to illuminate the gastronomy of the Alpilles for several years. The plate is a true work of art from the presentation to the choice of textures, flavors and colors. The menu so well entitled Patio n'Aimant is a gustatory palette: the carpaccio of langoustine bed of brandade and olive oil PDO, the leg of lamb of Alpilles cooked in the hay of Crau, the back of haddock roasted in the butter of blood orange and polenta of citrus fruit and in dessert among others the clafoutis hazelnut in the pears William ice cream in the chestnut. The wolf and its minestrone will remain memorable and a special mention for the exceptional chocolate raspberry feuillantine. In this old sheepfold by the fireplace or in the patio in the shade in season, creativity and love of the profession are displayed with talent and humility.
