Less original dishes in an authentic setting in Fontvieille.

If the setting is authentic, the cuisine is downright modern. It has to be said that the chef is full of ideas and a good dose of talent! He often adds an exotic touch to his dishes. During our visit, we tasted bull served as roast beef with peanuts and wasabi mayonnaise, a velouté of coral lentils, trout and espuma, a fillet of sturgeon roasted in olive oil with Thai basil sauce, and a leg of rabbit from the Vendée braised in jus, Savora style. Original dishes, to say the least.

Best food I’ve had during this vacation! High quality cuisines, each dish is delicious and full of flavours. The terrace is beautiful and quiet, top notch service, I’ll definitely come back!

Après la découverte des Baux de Provence ou le paysage est magnifique nous avions décidé de déjeuner sur la route du Moulin de Daudet.. découverte de ce restaurant à la fois raffiné et excellent... accueil très agréable et petite terrasse bien ombragée... pour un prix raisonnable.. ????

Le lieu est très agréable,la cuisine est délicieuse et le service est parfait ainsi que le rapport qualité prix.
Nous y avons déjeuné plusieurs fois et nous sommes toujours agréablement surpris.
