Less original dishes in an authentic setting in Fontvieille.

If the setting is authentic, the cuisine is downright modern. It has to be said that the chef is full of ideas and a good dose of talent! He often adds an exotic touch to his dishes. During our visit, we tasted bull served as roast beef with peanuts and wasabi mayonnaise, a velouté of coral lentils, trout and espuma, a fillet of sturgeon roasted in olive oil with Thai basil sauce, and a leg of rabbit from the Vendée braised in jus, Savora style. Original dishes, to say the least.

We had a delicious lunch here. We booked but actually there weren’t too many people. We had the 4 course menu. Haddock ceviche as well as tomato soup, fish main, cheese and dessert. All fab!! Very interesting combinations of local ingredients.

Très beau cadre, une cuisine raffinée, une salle et une terrasse superbes, accueil, sympathie et efficacité du service, les plats très goûteux, nous venons quelques fois et sommes toujours ravis...
