Cooking with fresh products from local farms in an excellent restaurant in Fontvieille.
It's been 35 years since Maison Guisti has opened in Fontvieille. Originally, it was only an artisanal factory of pasta. As time went by, the activity diversified, and today, Guisti is also and especially a caterer. Aperitifs, ready made dishes, side dishes, desserts, all the usual range of the trade is present in the refrigerated display and on the shop's shelves. Stew, couscous, paella, moussaka, pizza (up to 130 pieces), onion, quiche, gourmets who have no time (nor the desire?) will find what is needed to satisfy their desires at Guisti, with preparations made with fresh ingredients from local exploitations. As for "pasta" lovers, they will come and get supplied with noodles, spaghetti, ravioli, cannelloni, gnocchi and others capeletti with authentic texture and flavour, which have nothing to do with industrial products...

Les produits sont digne d'un bon restaurant !...
Tout est fait maison, produits locaux ...
Bref, la fabrique de pâtes sera une halte obligée pour moi à chacun de mes passages par Fontvieille !!!
Petit plus : la vendeuse connait les produits ( donc son travail) et ses conseils sont judicieux !

Les vols au vent ...sont divins ! ..... Une explosion de saveurs ....
Les soupes, le gratin dauphinois aux cèpes, les lasagnes, les saucisses ! ...et ....les pâtisseries...
La liste est longue .. l'ensemble des produits vendus sont exquis !!!...
De plus, un accueil très professionnel et chaleureux de la vendeuse !!!
