With its new chef, this address has regained its former renown. Mistral Blanc is back in the ranks of French gastronomy. Fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colors of Provence. The menu is unique but excellent. It varies according to the chef's inspiration. We opted for the œuf parfait, the dos de merlu, the duo de coquillages et céleri, and finally the strawberries marinated in lemon. A huge favorite, in an elegant setting overlooking an enchanting garden; not to mention impeccable service. Highly recommended.
