L'atelier Laurel offers cooking classes as well as culinary advice in the heart of Provence. Stéphanie, the owner, is Californian and after studying at Ferrandi and working at Baumanière, she offers courses in her workshop or at home. Her flagship herb is Laurel. She excels in cooking with local products. Red mullet, tians, rack of lamb from Fontvieille or small stuffed dishes. From September for the locals she offers the basics of the great chefs: cutting, making a broth, etc. To offer or to offer yourself!

I can't say enough about the two outstanding dinners prepared for our guests by Stephanie and her husband Charles (paired with excellent wines from his family's vineyard). The menu reflected thoughtful and appealing complements of flavors and textures, using local and fresh ingredients, and every course was delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, they went beyond our expectations in setting up aperitifs and clean-up, and their personal story is charming. Highly recommend Stephanie's services!

I really enjoyed the class I took with Stephanie during a vacation. I learned some great skills and Stephanie was a fun instructor. She keeps it fun and casual, but obviously knows her stuff very well.

Stephanie is a wonderful instructor! She's very warm and she accommodated our questions and various skill levels seamlessly. Our knife skills class was such a great way spend an afternoon with friends and family, and the result was a delicious ratatouille. Even as a fairly experienced home cook, I learned so many helpful tricks, including a genius way to get the seeds out of a pepper, knife safety and tips for knife sharpening. Highly recommend classes with Stephanie for any level of chef!

Stephanie led my friends and I in a knife skills class. She shared many tricks of the trade with us and dicing onions and peppers just got much easier.

Stephanie sait faire progresser les experts comme les novices . Son enthousiasme est communicatif et donne vraiment envie de s’investir dans un cycle de cours de cuisine. Une seule envie ensuite: lancer des invitations pour partager avec ses proches la dégustation des recettes apprises auprès de Stephanie
